Michael Paye (BA, MA, PG DIP) is a member of the Learning Support Service, specialising in academic writing and research methodologies. He submitted his PhD to UCD in July 2017 and is awaiting his viva. His academic work has been published in ‘Green Letters’ (2014, 2015) and ‘Atlantic Studies’ (2017). Michael was a Dobbin Scholar at Dalhousie University, Nova Scotia (October 2015) and a Fulbright Visiting Researcher at Princeton University, New Jersey (Jan.–June 2017). He was previously an occasional lecturer at UCD with the School of English, Drama and Film, and has worked in academic writing centres in both UCD and DIT.
