Mature Student Writing Week

The Mature Student Writing Week 2017 will take place from 4th-6th September, the week before general student orientation. The venue is C036 Carriglea Building.

The Access Service and the Learning Support Service will run an exclusive Writing Week for incoming first-year Mature Students in September 2017. This course will be an opportunity for Mature Students to refresh their academic writing skills before returning to college.

Below is the draft timetable for the course, which will be available to all incoming first-year year Mature Students. Students are highly recommended to attend, in order to be ready to hit the ground running when the academic term kicks off the following week. Incoming Mature Students will be sent communication regarding the event beforehand and must register to attend.
