Open Days 2017

Friday 24th November 2017 | 10am – 4pm
Saturday 25th November 2017 | 10am – 4pm

IADT invites 4th, 5th and final year secondary school students, mature students, their families, and guidance counsellors to the IADT Open Days.

This is one of the best ways to experience IADT life and gain a real insight into the student experience. It’s an ideal opportunity to sample the fantastic range of courses and facilities on offer. Over the course of the two days, we will be hosting a range of activities that will be particularly helpful to students selecting higher education courses and planning their future careers.

The main features of these Open Days will be an information zone as well as a series of course talks, workshops, demonstrations, exhibitions of student work and laboratory visits. Students will have the opportunity of meeting with lecturers and current students will be on hand to recount their own personal experiences and offer advice. Portfolio work is very important for a lot of our applicants, so this is a great chance for students to view successful portfolios and to address any questions around portfolio preparation.

There are a number of information sessions that will take place. The talks will cover course content, choices within degrees, the differences between similar degree courses, work placements and career prospects. Each presentation will be approx 30 min.

We look forward to welcoming you to our campus!
