Student Accommodation

IADT is unique. It is one of the 14 Institutes of Technology but it is the only Institute of Art Design & Technology

IADT currently does not have any on campus accommodation, nor does it maintain a formal accommodation list. The Institute advises students to consult the various websites eg, newspapers and local community notices which provide good information on available accommodation.

Our Student’s Union publishes any accommodation information that they may be aware of on their Facebook page:

Renting Accommodation
IADT is situated in the Dun Laoghaire/Deansgrange suburb; click on the link to Google Maps below for details of the Institutes exact location.

The Institute is well served by the Dublin bus routes 46a, 75, & 63 bus routes. Any accommodation on these bus routes would be suitable. For information on the areas served by these routes you can consult Please note that IADT is approximately 3km from Dun Laoghaire DART station and you would require a connecting bus (46a, 75, or 63) to get to IADT’s Kill Avenue campus.

Letting Agents
Letting Agents are independent businesses that specialise in the rental market. Before you pay for any services or lists of accommodation, have a clear understanding of what services your will be getting for your money.
