Accessing your IADT voicemail remotely
· Dial 012394798
· press #
· Enter your mailbox number which is your extension number 4xxx
· Enter your security number or PIN
Some Useful Numbers to note while you are using the voicemail system:
Listening to Messages :
Press 5 to listen to a message
Press 2 to review the last few words of the message
Press 22 to review the whole message
Press 3 to mark a message for deletion (this can be done at any stage during the listening of the message)
Press 8 to find out what time/date the message was left at
Press 99 to exit the voicemail system
Change your voicemail message :
Press 4 followed by 6 to change your voice mail greeting ( suggestion : have your new message written down before your start recording )
Press 3 if you wish cancel your voicemail recording ( while recording the message that is )
Press 99 to exit the voicemail system
