Many IADT staff are closely involved in Research, which explores, extends and clarifies the boundaries of their chosen subjects. This is a dynamic and vibrant area where education and industry combine. It is innovative and detailed work for which researchers are recognised at national and international levels. Many publish papers that set future standards or thinking.
Having such staff at IADT is a major boost to our reputation and pioneering stance. It is also of great benefit to our students who will learn about cutting edge ideas and technologies. In some instances students will be invited to help researchers in their work.
