2009 FIS Film Festival ‘Documentary’ Award Winner (2009) appears on RTE's Nationwide

RTE’s Nationwide programme, 3rd Feb 2010, covered a piece on one of FIS Film in Schools 2009 entrants.
The Film ‘The Train to Ballaghadreen’ was made by pupils from St. Aidans, Monasteraden, Sligo. Its a fantastic piece of work by the 3rd to 5th class pupils and was the winning entry in the 2009 FIS Film Festival ‘Documentary’ category.
This coverage was arranged between RTE and the St. Aidans School independently. Ciaran, and the FIS Team are delighted to see that schools are taking the FIS experience a step further and continuing to showcase their excellent film throughout the year.
