Embracing the community on every level.

Located as we are in the heart of a residential community it is important to us that we maintain good relations with all our neighbours. To that end a nominated team of staff and students works closely with the local community, meeting groups when necessary and addressing any outstanding issues. We care about our community and want to manitain a friendly and open relationship at all times. 

Access to education

On another level, IADT works with various groups from the community to increase their participation in third level education. Whether it’s due to socio-economic factors, disability or time restrictions, IADT provides special access to these groups through our Access Programme.

The Writer in Residence programme is an important initiative that is stimulating writing, and informing students and staff alike of the many facets of writing and poetry.
