Project: Dublin Culture Night

One of my tutors told me she thought this poster was really ugly, but that it caught her attention. Although i eventually took that as a compliment, i still think the idea behind the poster was better than the finished article. I had planned on having a series of posters with different sculpted "heads" from around Dublin making faces. Almost as if these famous statues, (Phil Lynott, Molly Malone, Oscar Wilde, etc...) were coming alive for one night.

I thought it might catch the eye, but unfortunately the typography is pretty awful, and probably only caught my tutor's eye for that reason alone.
