'tenbyseven' aims to provide a clear and coherent vision to guide the future development of Dublin Bay where currently significant areas of urban land are under-utilised and under developed.
The absence of any alternative development models or expectations presents the freedom to re-imagine this condition at a time of immense change and evolution within Irish society.

The numerous subjective views submitted to the DBA represent the values of people living across the bay area and need to be balanced against each other and the views from governing councils and organisations. To provide an adequate answer, 'tenbyseven' has to deal with the interests of all coastal communities and organisations, by the collecting and analysis of stakeholders' views and opinions through an analytical approach we can generate a common vision for our bay and hopefully develop and prosper in a way that benefits everyone.
