(Kildare and Wicklow Education and Training Board, formerly County Wicklow VEC).

Section 6(4)(c) of the Act states that, ‘two persons, being members of the academic staff of the college, shall be elected by that staff in accordance with regulations made by the governing body’.

Section 6(4)(d) of the Act states that, ‘one person, being a member of the staff (other than the academic staff) of the college, shall be elected by that staff in accordance with regulations made by the governing body.’
